The sleek two-level home has been designed to create very spacious open plan living areas, and generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The main living is downstairs, with the galley open kitchen at one end opposite the dining area which then flows to the living area. The dining end of this spacious room opens to an alfresco dining and barbecue patio. Beautifully furnished throughout in cool summer tones, it evokes a relaxed comfortable feel.

Also on the lower level is a bedroom wing, sensibly separated from the living areas by a long corridor. There are three bedrooms here – a master bedroom and ensuite, and two twin single bedrooms. There is also a third separate bathroom and laundry in this wing.

Stairs from the main living area lead upwards to the huge main master bedroom and ensuite with ocean views.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and upstairs master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area. There is an outdoor shower for guest convenience and a double carport.
