The original home was a 100 year-old weatherboard property from Claremont, transported to Eagle Bay, rebuilt and extended to become a mix of old and contemporary. It features wide bleached jarrah floorboards, high ceilings, and wide verandas. The stylish entry hall beckons guests into the modern living/dining area and sleek kitchen, featuring beautiful locally designed and crafted furniture, leather lounges, and a huge main dining table with stunning red leather chairs. The living area opens to a wide deck with views to the ocean.
The character of the original home as been retained in the bedroom wings on either side of the living area, and a spacious air-conditioned fifth bedroom upstairs offers panoramic ocean views, and a wonderful adult retreat.
Overhead ceiling fans in all rooms, a beautiful slow combustion wood heater in the living room and column heaters in the bedrooms provide a high level of comfort in all seasons. Lawns in front of the house are ideal for children’s activities or boules at sunset.
Weddings and Parties
Please note that properties are let for accommodation purposes only and any other use constitutes a break in our agreement with guests. Local caretakers are vigilant and have been instructed to close down any large unauthorized gathering of people at a property, and guests will be asked to vacate within 24 hours.

We request that there is no smoking at any time in the property.

All bed & bathroom linen is provided (one bath towel per person) No beach towels are provided.
