The internal design is open plan, but cleverly offers a number of different living areas, thus allowing for some privacy and peace in even the biggest family gatherings!
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house is very suited to one or two families, and the single level design means it is safe for young children.
Evaporative cooling in all rooms adds further comfort throughout the summer months, while in winter the generous wood heater and column heaters in all bedrooms provide plenty of warmth.
Enjoy the peace and quiet with a drink under the verandah while gazing across the bay. The white sands of Eagle Bay beach are a short walk away and the town of Dunsborough only a 5 minute drive - makes this home a very convenient and practical holiday house.
Weddings and Parties
Please note that properties are let for accommodation purposes only and any other use constitutes a break in our agreement with guests. Local caretakers are vigilant and have been instructed to close down any large unauthorized gathering of people at a property, and guests will be asked to vacate within 24 hours.
