Set on 3.5 acres this beautifully restored heritage listed cottage was built by Louis Dawe in 1913. Recent extensions have created every modern convenience for guests who are looking for something very special only an hours drive from Perth. The cottage is elevated on a limestone outcrop offering splendid 180 degree views of the estuary towards Mandurah and south.

Wide grassy banks to the water, aged mulberry and fig trees, fishing and crabbing and the use of the home canoe make it paradise for adults and children alike.

Local caretakers are vigilant and have been instructed to close down any large unauthorized gathering of people at a property, and guests will be asked to vacate within 24 hours.
