After stepping inside the front gate, visitors follow a raised timber walkway across a reflection pool and landscaped courtyard to the bold sugar gum door entry statement. First impressions are always important, and once inside you will think privacy, space, ocean views and comfort.

The top level of the beach house combines an open plan living / kitchen / dining area, with fold back doors to the already spacious furnished deck. There is also a spectacular master bedroom and ensuite, a smaller child’s bedroom, and separate powder room on this level.

Downstairs there is another master bedroom with wonderful ocean views and direct access to the front patio. There are also two more children's bedrooms, totalling accommodation for up to 10 people. All of the beds have superior mattresses and the luxe Egyptian cotton sheets are pure indulgence.

This level also has a third bathroom and a separate games room with TV, providing a perfect getaway for teenagers. Glass doors open to a protected lower patio area furnished with a heated spa, sun lounges and access to an outdoor heated shower. The paved patio extends to an attractive grass terrace... All overlooking the ocean.

Plasma TVs, dvd players and the ipod dock provide entertainment when the weather is inclement, however the short distance to the beach directly in front of the house will be tempting at any time of year. Reverse cycle air conditioning in living areas, a pot belly heater, oil element heaters, and fans in all bedrooms ensures year round comfort.

This beach house has everything... Including location, location, location!

Please note that features such as the spa, open stairs, pond and elevated walkway make the property less suitable for young children.
