Set on 26 hectares of world heritage rainforest and built on one of the highest landmarks in the area, this Queensland tree house has commanding views over the Coral Sea. It was designed by the award winning architect Chris Van Dyke with emphasis on simplicity, quality and comfort.
The house has three beautiful and completely private bedrooms with exceptional views. Wake up to see the sun rising over the Great Barrier Reef and drift off to sleep to the sounds of the surf and the perfume of salt air.
The open living area flows onto a spacious timber veranda overlooking the treetops of the Daintree Rainforest to the sea. The beach, which stretches for miles, is less than 500 meters walk from the house. The property has its own private trails for hiking, and mountain streams that flow through provide secluded spots for swimming and picnicking.
What is amazing is that all this is just minutes by car to the local scene where there are shops , cafes and restaurants for your convenience and pleasure.
Guests with Disabilities
Wheelchair access is available and the house is on one level from the point of entry which can be accessed by vehicle. The shower can be accessed by wheelchair as it is all on the same floor level as the ensuite and toilet.
