It makes a perfect family holiday accommodation with the unusual luxury of a big block with shady lawns for children . The living area upstairs has Tasmanian oak flooring and opens on to the covered verandah and barbecue area, giving some views of the ocean and coastline. The master bedroom also opens on to the verandah and has its own ensuite.
Downstairs are another three bedrooms, double bedroom with TV opening to the deck and garden. The main bathroom and laundry are on this lower level. The house has undercover parking for two cars. This home has been planned for all year comfort, with reverse cycle airconditioning, a pot belly stove, satellite tv and an outdoor shower.
Balconies throughout the accommodation are safe for toddlers.
Weddings and Parties
Please note that properties are let for accommodation purposes only and any other use constitutes a break in our agreement with guests. Local caretakers are vigilant and have been instructed to close down any large unauthorized gathering of people at a property, and guests will be asked to vacate within 24 hours.
