all located on the lower floor, which is separated in to two family sleeping
areas for the privacy of guests. The main living area is upstairs,

servery to the barbecue area on the balcony - the perfect spot for
summer
entertaining. There is reverse cycle airconditioning throughout, however
the house has been designed with an open fire for cosy winter evenings.
