The views begin from the drive heading down to the house, and the house itself enjoys views north across the Gunyulgup Valley and across the property’s big trees and creek. Enjoy the dawn trek of the kangaroos across the paddock and watch the birds in the dam.
The single level house accommodates two families in well-separated wings, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen, living area and three of the four bedrooms all lead onto the enormous north-facing deck and share its restful views.
Use the BBQ and dine al fresco at home, or stroll down for lunch to Lamonts, via the creek or along the road. Listen to the rumble of the surf, when the wind is right, but above all tune into the tranquillity.
