Sitting on its own three acres The Residence is secluded yet only a short stroll to all the facilities of Cape Lodge including the restaurant.

The Residence can luxuriously accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms which includes a superb Master Suite, two king size rooms and a separate two bedroom Guest House.

Interiors throughout are light and understated with beautiful fabrics, marble bathrooms, bench tops and expanses of timber floorboards.

The generous entertaining area has views across formal gardens and rolling lawns to a private putting green and lake. As one of Australia’s finest gourmet establishments the services of a Cape Lodge chef can be organised to cater for private dinner parties, a gourmet BBQ or a special celebration.

The Residence has an all pervasive atmosphere of serenity and tranquility with the service and facilities of a small luxury hotel.

The residence is not suitable to young children given the proximity of the lake to the house.
